How do I know if the pieces I want are available?

Typically our artwork is available the same day, or next day. You can submit your order online by going through the checkout process and we will contact you to arrange for an appropriate pickup date and time. If you prefer to contact us first to inquire about availability, you may do so!

 

Where are you located?
We are located in Dundas—part of Hamilton, Ontario.
Rentals can be picked up between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

 

Is the artwork cleared for use?
Yes, every piece of art in our collection is cleared for use. All artwork is original and handmade by us, the owners (Dave and Rebecca Zak). A standard release form will accompany every rental, and we will sign any paperwork you require.

 

Do you provide a clearance / release form?
Yes, a release form will be emailed with every rental. If your production company has its own clearance/release forms, we are happy to sign those to accommodate your needs.

 

Do you make custom art?
Yes! We can make artwork according to your unique specifications, and typically it can be turned around within 24-48 hr. Prices for custom art vary accordingly.

How long is the rental period?
The rental period is typically one week. If you need longer, you can choose a longer duration at checkout (2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 month show run). The pick up day represents the first day of the rental period, through to the date of return.

 

What happens if a piece is damaged or lost?
If a piece is lost or not returned, you will be charged the full price of the piece, equivalent to twice the 6 month rental cost. Damage will be assessed upon return and charged accordingly. By renting from ArtRenting.com, you consent to this policy.

 

Can I purchase a piece outright?
Most of the pieces available on ArtRenting.com are strictly for rental, however there are a select few that are available for outright purchase. If you have a piece you are interested in purchasing, please contact us and we can help you.

 

Do I need insurance? 
Yes, the production company must have an insurance certificate including transit coverage.

 

What are your payment terms?
You can pay by credit card at checkout, or opt to have an invoice sent. Invoices will be emailed on the day of pickup with 30 day terms from that date forward.

 

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds on any sort of rental, including physical and digital.
